Seriously you guys, OH MY GOSH. I barely ever do curls anymore, yet my biceps are still growing and growing! Weeeee :)
Haha, now I know some of you are going to think this looks “bulky” - and I’m gonna admit.. I do think my biceps ARE bulky :) But hell, that’s what happens when you flex! It’s actually funny how my arms look like they haven’t changed at all when I’m in a relaxed state.. but when I flex, it’s like BOOM.
